Brand Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using cow.yoga, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Site
You may use cow.yoga for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute spam or malware, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Cow Yoga.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. They are not tax-deductible. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (one-time) and Liberapay (monthly); their terms apply to transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on cow.yoga, including the Cow Yoga name, logos, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Cow Yoga, LLC. Press assets are available for editorial use under the guidelines on our press page.
5. Disclaimers
cow.yoga is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
